Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 handling fee applies and is non-refundable in case of returns.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: We process most orders within 24-48 hours. In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive an email notification if any delays occur.

Delivery Time: Once your order ships, delivery times vary by location:

Metro Cities: 1-4 business days
Rest of India: 4-7 business days

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Returns & Reverse Pickup

Reverse Pickup: We arrange pickup for most return requests.

Non-serviceable Areas: If your location isn't covered by our courier partners for reverse pickup, you may need to ship the item to our return address. Don't worry—we'll reimburse your courier charges once you provide a valid courier receipt.
